Chapter 8.04 BOARD OF HEALTH AND HEALTH OFFICER
Section 8.04.020 Composition of board.
The mayor and three council members shall compose the board
of health for the city; the
council members shall be named by the mayor at the first regular meeting of the council in May
of each year, or as soon thereafter as practicable. The board of health shall appoint a health
officer who is a physician. (Prior code § 7.02.020)
