Chapter 8.04 BOARD OF HEALTH AND HEALTH OFFICER
Section 8.04.040 Police powers.
The health officer and all assistants and employees designated
by the health department shall
have full police powers, and they shall have the right to arrest and cause to be arrested any
person who violates any of the rules and regulations of the health department, and the laws of the
