Section 8.08.020 Dead animals.
A. No person shall deposit, leave,
place or bury the carcass of any dead animal in any place
within the city, or in any river or creek within the city limits.
B The owner or owners of any dead
animal, which died within the city, shall, within four
hours after the death of such animal, remove the dead body from within the city limits. (Ord. 131
