Section 8.08.030 Manure, offal, garbage.
A. No pile or deposit of manure, offal
or garbage or accumulation of any offensive or
nauseous substance shall be permitted within the limits of the city, nor shall any person or
persons or corporation unload, discharge or put upon, or along the line of any railroad, street,
alley or highway or public place within the city, any manure, offal, garbage or other offensive or
nauseous substance nor shall cars or flats loaded with or having upon them any such substance or
substances, be allowed to remain or stand on or along any railroad, street or highway within the
limits of the city.
B. All manure vaults attached to stables,
or all deposits of manure therewith connected shall
be so cared for by the owner of such stables as in no case to become a nuisance. (Ord. 131 (part),
