Section 8.08.040 Abandonment of cesspools.
No person or persons shall abolish, abandon or neglect any
privy, cesspool, or vault
containing any excrement, filth or other offensive matter without filling up any such privy, vault
or cesspool upon any premises owned, cultivated or occupied by such person or persons. (Ord.
