Section 8.12.040 Gun powder, explosives--Keeping or storing.
A. It is unlawful for any person, persons, firm, organization,
partnership, limited liability
company or corporation to keep any powder, nitroglycerin, blasting caps or other highly
explosive substances in any quantity or manner whatever within the corporate limits.
B. It is unlawful for any person, persons, firm, organization,
partnership, limited liability
company or corporation to keep, possess or store, at any one time, within the corporate limits,
any quantity of black gun powder exceeding twenty-five (25) pounds, or any smokeless powder
in any quantity exceeding twenty-five (25) pounds at any one time. (Ord. 223 (part), 2003)
