Section 8.12.070 Violation--Penalty.

Any person, persons, firm, partnership, limited liability company or corporation found guilty of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not less than one day, nor more than twenty-five (25) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
