Section 8.16.010 Nuisance defined.
Anything which is injurious to the safety, health or morals
of the inhabitants of the city, or is
indecent or offensive to the senses or causes an obstruction to the free use of property so as to
interfere with the comfortable enjoyment of life or property by such inhabitants is declared to be
a nuisance. (Prior code § 14.07.010)
