Section 8.16.040 Removal by the city.
In the event it is necessary for the city to remove or abate
such nuisance, after such notice
was given, the agents and employees of the city shall remove and abate the same. The total cost
of such action may be assessed against the lot or parcel of land upon which such nuisance existed
and/or recovered through court action. (Prior code § 14.07.040)
