Section 8.18.030 Ordering of abatement of public nuisances of offending vegetation, weeds, long grass or other rank growth.

The city council by resolution shall designate each property which is declared a public nuisance and which requires removal of the offending vegetation by the city of Hamilton and shall order the public nuisance to be abated in accordance with this chapter. The resolution shall include an accurate property description, ownership of such property and a description of area and offending vegetation to be abated. (Ord. 171 (part), 2000)
