Chapter 9.04 GENERAL PROVISIONS


Section 9.04.030 Aid in an offense.

    Any person who shall in any way or manner, aid, abet, counsel, advise or encourage any other person in the commission of any of the acts mentioned herein or in any manner encourage the commission of such offense defined as principal in an offense committed, is punishable as such.
