Chapter 9.08 OFFENSES BY OR AGAINST PUBLIC OFFICERS AND GOVERNMENT


Section 9.08.010 Escapes.

    It is unlawful for any person convicted of any offense against the rules and regulations of this city, or under arrest for the commission of any offense against such rules and regulations, or in lawful custody, to escape or attempt to escape from custody.
