Chapter 9.08 OFFENSES BY OR AGAINST PUBLIC OFFICERS AND GOVERNMENT
Section 9.08.020 Aid in escapes.
It is unlawful for any person to aid or assist any person
to escape from lawful confinement,
or who shall assist any person to escape from the custody of any peace officer. (Ord. 131 (part),
