Section 9.08.030 Resisting an officer.

    It is unlawful for any person to willfully interfere with, resist, delay, obstruct, molest or threaten any officer of the city in the exercise of his/her official duties. (Ord. 131 (part), 1998: prior code § 9.06.050)
