Section 9.08.050 False representation.

    It is unlawful for any person to falsely represent himself or herself to be an officer of the city, or who shall attempt to impersonate any such officer or who shall without authority, perform any official act therein on behalf of an officer. (Ord. 131 (part), 1998: prior code § 9.06.150)
