Chapter 9.12 OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC PEACE AND DECENCY
Section 9.12.020 Unlawful assembly.
It is unlawful for two or more persons to assemble together
for the purpose of disturbing the
peace or for the purpose of committing an unlawful act, and not disperse upon command to do so
by an officer. The persons offending shall be in violation of this code and punishable under such.
