Section 9.12.060 Distribution of obscene literature.
It is unlawful for any person to exhibit, pass, give or deliver
to a minor, any obscene, lewd or
indecent book, pamphlet, picture, cast or figure, or who may have same in his/her possession,
unless it be shown that the possession is innocent or for lawful purposes. "Obscene" or
"obscenity" shall be defined consistent with Montana laws including MCA 45-8-201. (Ord. 131
