Section 9.12.070 Radio interference.
It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to operate
electrical devices or machinery
of any kind whatever which will cause electrical interference with radio reception within the city
between the hours of six p.m. and twelve (midnight) of any day, except, however, in emergencies
when x-ray pictures and examinations may be made. (Ord. 131 (part), 1998: prior code §
