Section 9.12.090 Expectorating on sidewalks and public places.
It is unlawful for any person to expectorate upon any sidewalk,
crossing or upon the floor of
any public building, school house, church, place of amusement or any other place where people
congregate, within the limits of the city. (Ord. 131 (part), 1998: prior code § 9.06.350)
