Chapter 9.12 OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC PEACE AND DECENCY


Section 9.12.110 Dog fights--Cock fights.

    Any person or persons within the limits of the city who shall, by agreement or otherwise, plan or encourage any dog fight or cock fight, or a fight of any kind between animals, he/she or they shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be fined or imprisoned or both as provided in this code.
