Section 9.16.010 False pretenses.
It is unlawful for any person to obtain any food, drink,
goods, wares or merchandise under
false pretenses, or who shall enter any public place and call for refreshments or food or other
articles and receive the same and refuse to pay for the same or depart without paying the same or
satisfying the person from whom he or she received the food, drink, refreshments, goods, wares
