Section 9.16.020 Fraudulently avoiding payment of admission fees.
It is unlawful for any person to fraudulently enter without
payment of the proper admission
fees, any theater, ballroom, lecture, concert or other place where admission fees are charged,
provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall be deemed to prohibit or restrict the free
admission of police officers engaged in the performance of police duties to any place of public
