Section 9.20.020 Malicious injury to property.

It is unlawful for any person within the city limits, to wilfully and maliciously injure, deface, mutilate, remove, pull down, break or in any manner interfere with or molest, or secret, or destroy any real or personal property belonging to or under the control of any private person, firm or corporation, or who shall fail to return within five days, after the receipt of a notice from the librarian demanding the return to the library of such library property.
