Section 9.20.040 Keeping of junk restricted.

It is unlawful for any person or secondhand dealer to store or keep any old articles or materials which may be classified as junk, adjacent to or in close proximity to any school house, church, public park, public grounds, business building or residence, within the city without first providing tight and proper building for the storage of the same. If compliance is not made it is then declared to be a nuisance. (Ord. 131 (part), 1998: prior code § 9.06.410)
