Section 9.28.020 Minors between fourteen and eighteen years of age.
It is unlawful for parents, guardians, or other persons having
charge of minors over the age of
fourteen (14) years and under the age of eighteen (18) years, to permit or suffer such minors to
loiter or frequent the streets or alleys of the city, between the hours of eleven p.m. of one day and
six a.m. of the following day, on all days except Fridays and Saturdays; and upon Fridays and
Saturdays it shall be unlawful for them to permit such minors to loiter upon or frequent the
streets or alleys of the city between the hours of twelve p.m. (midnight) of one day and six a.m.
of the following day; and such minors shall be prohibited from loitering or frequenting the streets
or alleys during the prohibited periods. (Prior code § 9.03.020)
