Chapter 9.28 CURFEW


Section 9.28.040 Violation--Penalty.

    Parents, guardians or other persons having charge of such minors found guilty of violating the provisions of this chapter, shall upon conviction, be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00). (Prior code § 9.03.030)
