Section 9.64.030 Hours designated.
A. It is unlawful for a person less than eighteen (18) years of age to
be present at or upon any
public assembly, building, place, street or highway at the following time unless accompanied and
supervised by a parent, legal guardian or other responsible adult companion at least eighteen (18)
years of age approved by a parent or legal guardian or unless engaged in a business or occupation
which the laws of this state authorize a person less than eighteen (18) years of age to perform:
1. Between 12:01 a.m. and six a.m. Saturday
2. Between 12:01 a.m. and six a.m. Sunday; and
3. Between eleven p.m. on Sunday to Thursday, inclusive,
and six a.m. on the following
morning.
B. It is unlawful for a parent, legal guardian or other
adult person to knowingly permit a
minor under the age of eighteen (18) in their custody or control to violate subsection A of this
section, and such violation shall constitute a misdemeanor.
C. Any minor under the age of eighteen (18) years
who is apprehended for violation of this
chapter shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of Title 41, Chapter 5, Montana
Codes Annotated, concerning juvenile courts and proceedings against juvenile delinquents. (Ord.
