Chapter 9.64 CURFEW


Section 9.64.040 Violation--Penalty.

    Persons (other than minors) found guilty of violating the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) or more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Second or subsequent violations shall, upon conviction, not be fined more than three hundred and fifty dollars ($350.00). (Ord. 193 (part), 2002)
