Claudia Driscoll Skatepark

Skatepark hours are the same as for Claudia Driscoll Park unless otherwise posted.

Hours:  April – September 5 am to 11 pm
        October – March 7 am to 7 pm



WARNING!

USE THIS FACILITY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
 

Serious injury may result from use of the skatepark.

Intended for skateboards, inline skates, roller skates, scooters & bicycles (without pegs) only.

Please be:
Safe - helmets, pads and safety gear strongly recommended

Respectful - no profanity, bullying or tobacco products, including e-cigarettes

Clean  - no gum, food or drink on skatepark surface;  pick up your trash

Careful - weather such as rain or snow may create unsafe surface conditions; do not skate on unsafe or damaged surfaces

Report any damage, hazardous conditions, or concerns to the Parks Department at 406-363-6717

Graffiti and tagging in the skatepark is illegal and may result in park closure.

 

THIS IS AN UNSUPERVISED FACILITY.  Parents are responsible for their children.

Per MCA 7-16-302, the City of Hamilton does not assume responsibility for loss or injuries.

SKATEPARK SAFETY 
Basics for parents to keep beginning skaters safe.



Prohibited Activities:
  • Alcohol, campfires, hunting, littering, motorized vehicles
  • Dogs are not allowed in this park

The City reserves the right to close the facility or prohibit persons using the facility for failure to follow the rules or for any other circumstances deemed necessary.

Do not skate on any damaged surfaces.  Report any damage, hazardous conditions, concerns, or suggestions to the Parks Department at 406-363-6717.
