NOTICE TO DESTROY OFFENDING WEEDS, GRASS, OR OTHER RANK GROWTH

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Chapter 8.18 of the Hamilton Municipal Code, that all owners of real property or occupants having control thereof are responsible for destroying all weeds, long grass, or other rank growth in prohibited areas by extermination, removal, or cutting not later than June first of each year and to keep the areas free of weeds, grass, or other rank growth through October first of that year. The city shall assess the owner or occupant actual charges incurred by the city for the removal of offending vegetation.
